Roll estate

Small houses. Big decisions.

Dice game · Demo Available

Location. Location. Temptation.

A little island. A few bright ideas. A pair of dice with plans of their own. Roll Estate puts you at the crossroads of a colourful board, where every house is a reason to hope for the next roll.

Choose where to build, then let the dice do the talking. When a neighbouring tile’s number comes up, your houses collect. Move them between rolls, find a new spot, or keep your little neighbourhood exactly where it is.

Once you’ve earned a reward, collect it—or stay for another roll. Just don’t get too attached: a seven ends the round and takes your stake and uncollected reward with it. Even a dream home needs an exit plan.

Make yourself at home. Not too comfortable.

01

Find your place

Build up to three houses at the crossings. Each one looks out onto neighbouring tiles—and collects when their number is rolled.

02

Room for a little more

A matching number adds to your reward. Between rolls, keep your houses where they are or move them to a new address. What you’ve earned so far stays in play.

03

Know when to move out

After a paying roll, collect your reward or take another chance. A seven ends the round with no return. Sometimes the best move is leaving.
